Shred your own cheese, chop your own veggies instead of convenient bags, buy frozen veggies instead of canned (when on sale). That can save you about $40.00 per month.
Double up on recipes and freeze. This will save you from swinging by a fast food place and can save a family of 4 between $80-100.00 per month.
